H&R is not only solid like the Cusco sways, but are 1mm thicker front and rear plus the are front AND rear adjustable. I owned the Cusco sway's, until I needed to lower my rear bar strength, can't do that with the Cusco's since it's rear bar isn't adjustable, pulled them and sold them.
In any event, sway's are not be used to attempt the most leveraged force you can do, not unless your bound by class rules in SCCA event's and it's the only thing you can do because your forbidden to try other things. They are ment to fine tune a setup that you have already dialed in every respect (spring rates, dampning, tires/wheels) and your out to fine tune the car's at the limit behavior to your liking. Meaning one should buy a front and rear adjustable setup from a brand name you trust at a price point you feel is justified, that may be Stillen, Hotchkis, Eibach, H&R, 350EVO,or Progress just to name a few.

My options were based strickly on a street use application. The adjustability of the H&R sways is very useful in the track application. The Cusco have been know to handle very wheel on the street. The increase in "stiffness" or anti-sway, IMO, is just right. two settings on the front is enough adjustability.
Let's face it, most people that by sways do not have enough understanding in steering geometry, and suspension setup to know how to adjust to the proper setting anyways.
The Hotchkis will provide the performance that 95% of drivers need and at a very fair price. I run the TVS kit on the street and at least one track day a month...they have enough adjustability and performance for me.
Note: I have run the 'MAX HARD" settings a couple of times....but found it way too stiff...especially the rear. I normally run the middle to soft setting F & R at the track and street. However I run a "square wheel/tire setup" so I have don't have any understeer to deal with. If anything, I have a very slightly "loose" condition....that I like! Also, I run stock shocks for the time being (need more money to buy some Koni's)

Thanks guys!!! thats really helps. I personally love driving a car thats stiffer then hell. I had an old 240sx sr20 with everything done to the suspension. And i daily drove it for 3 years on max stiff i could. The Z however is a DD now but is going to be a garage queen soon so i can start making it track. Sounds like hotchkis is the cheapest and decent, you get what you pay for right? haha.
Has anyone used the underbraces such as they sell on intensepower.com like the ones that connect the rear control arms? or the ones that are for subframe reinforment? I just looked and its the GT Spec front and rear Tie braces and Lateral Arm. Anyone ever use these yet?

Wes... I'm having all the GTSpec braces install now and waiting on GTSpec to release the front tie brace that clear oversized oil pans. I let you know how they work with the Hotchis TVS kit.
do some searches, you'll find tons of info regarding the GT Spec braces as they are very popular. More info is here:
