Default Brake pedal makes noise after brake pad install

I replaced my front brake pads yesterday, and since have noticed that the brake pedal now makes a noise when pressed/released. It sounds like air, kind of like a foot-air pump that you would use on a bicycle tire. Any ideas on what would be causing this? Or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

did you remove the caliper? Refill fluid?

Either way, bleed your brakes. you can probably find a "how to" somewhere on the site. Basically, push hold brake, turn crew - squirt/tighten screw, release brake. Repeat that 5-6 times and you should be tightened up.
