what silicon spray product do you use on your suspension parts?

okay well idk how to phrase it exactly. ive been reading through various threads and whens theres a creaking or some sort of noise problem occuring with sways, coilovers, etc ppl recommend spraying the moving joints down with silicon spray and i was just wondering what brand of this spray ppl use.
