what do you guys think about them...

Front and rear adjustable, nothing wrong with them. IIRC, they tend to be more costly to buy vs other choices.

im curious too you think they are as good as hotchkis?

That depends.

If your likely to want to use either bars higher setttings, the Hotchkis bar set will likely leverage more total force. Otherwise go with front and rear adjustable bar set from a brand you trust at a price point you feel is justified.
