Imput?

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown)

Eibach Pro-kit would be the better choice because of the higher peak spring rates front and rear. More spring to help delay the point at which you'll contact the bumpstops. This matters given how much shock stroke you have removed with both springs and because of how unforgiving the oem bumpstops are.

Thinking about teh tanabe gf210 with a rear camber/toe kit. How many miles do you think i can get outta my stock shocks before i have to replace them. Your experience?

Around $270 for 4 Tokico HP "Blues" non-adj.
Around $465 for 4 Tokico D-Spec adj.

So how much stiffer are the d-specs and if you do the gf210 and the d-s[ec are they sorta like a coilover? Opinions on whether to do the d-spc or blue?

from what i believe, d-specs you can change the stiffness, like edfc, and the blues are fixed, like the tein basics.

sO TANABE GF210 with the d-spec shocks and rear camber and to kit would that suspension setup handle closly to cheap coilovers? Differnece in that setup with coilovers and the difference in perofrmance between teh two?

You'll need to decide whether you want ultra low, or comfort when choosing lowering springs. SPRINT suspension makes a 1.8" lowering spring, but the spring in linear(suited for track use - and abrupt on the street)
