Im about to get some new tires but what suspension mods can i do to help me get better traction / 60' times at the track? thanks

 

Cheater slicks , D spec shocks with the dampening turned all the way down for weight transfer.

 

get some drag radials...bf or nitto..as for suspension i have this...

I don't think we have really scratched the surface as far as what specific suspension changes benefit what goes on dynamically at launch and how to best promote adheasion.

IMO, post the same question in the drag racing section. But with this title instead.

Shocks, or coilovers, what dampning settings do I use?

Is adjusting only rebound better?

Front/ rear spring rates, what direction is best?

What your looking for isn't so much a one size fit's all approach.

Not all shocks and coilovers adjust a equal amount of compression and rebound dampning with some claiming compression adjustablity with rebound but delivery very little compression adjustment (I suspect that Tein flex is that way). Some shocks and coilovers only have rebound adjustablity, Koni sports, Kw Variant 2 and Ohlins PCV/DFV.
