Cusco Zero-2 coilovers - good buy?
I am thinking about buying a set of coilovers soon.
So I looked arround and it seemed to me that over here, beeing street legal and looking at the price/performance ratio the best suspension for me should be the Cusco Zero-2.
But finding infos on them is not easy because they are quite rare here.
Now my car is not a track-car so I need them to be sporty but not extremely hard.
I would be glad about some reviews from owners.
Any quality issues? Noise? Rust?
THX - and yes I have used the search function...

Ive only had mine for about about 2k miles and I love em. I feel they're a little harsher than the stances. So if you dont plan on tracking the car at all, the Stance may not be a bad option either. I think the quality of either of those would be great, but the stances do ride a little easier...
I chose the cusco's because of their ability to dampen the car better with a race compound tire (as opposed to stance). I feel the stances weren't valved so that they could deal with something that sticky and still keep roll to a minimum.

Thank you!
Stance is not an option, because they are not "road legal" over here.
You need a report from the Swiss Importer - and there is none for Stance.
More opinions would be appreciated.

I have run them for a year now, no complaints. Good quality, and I have them 4/5 stiffness and that is pretty stiff. I dont daily drive my car so its not a big deal, but if it were a street car I may go 2 or 3. I think they are a very good "middle of the road" coilover, that arent too basic to be useless, but arent $3000. They have a good range of ride height and the spring rates are a good comprimise between track and street.
The Cusco Zero-2s as everyone has already mentioned are a great coilover and do provide an excellent blend of on/off the track performance.
If I may make a suggestion, another coilover that you should look into are the Bilstein Pss9s. You mentioned that this will not be a track car and that you were basically looking for increased response and an un-harsh ride. They are in the same price range as the Zero-2s but they are more comfortable. In addition, I assume that the bilsteins would be street legal in your region.

I've had the cuscos for about a year now. First on my G and now my Z. Like everyone else said they are a very good set of coilovers for a car that does double duty as a daily driver and track car on occassion. So far I've gone to one HPDE and one auto-x school on this set and it has performed very well. Will get to do another HPDE this coming weekend. Out of the 5 settings I like 2 for street and 3 or 4 for the track.

The Zero2 are one of those rare units that have all the features one could want, with dual height adjustability, a meaningful dampening span, and represents a great balance between comfort on the lower dampener settings, and all out performance on the higher settings. In the sub $2000 category, they are top of the food chain IMHO
