I'll assume your not trying to stay in a stock class with SCCA.

If you can't see yourself kicking the oem shocks to the curb, I would go with Hothkchkis or Swift(though on the expensive side.

If you can replace the oem shocks with D-specs or Koni sports (rebound only control may help you on the course). I'd go with Tien S-tech, IMO even Tokico HP would be better then the oem 03 shocks.

I was thinking about Tokico HP or DSpec. I don't AutoX so I really don't need D-spec, and they are substantially more expensive than the HP (blue). Are the HP just OEM replacement, or are they somewhat improved? I am thinking about replacing since I have 70k miles on my '03 Enthusiast, and I rather not pay labor again in 30k (likse 1.5 years) to replace then. I already have STech, so those aren't going anywhere.

PS - vendors that carry HP? Having a hard time finding out there (sooo much to search on suspension market lol).

Their is one very critical thing to define. Oem 2003 and 2004 shocks are not the best things out their because of what Nissan had Tokico do to them (lots of compression dampning not enough rebound). So, they have alway's had behavioral issues, things that you would want even oem replacement shocks to fix and not copy. For your need's the HP should be fine and a improvement over what your running now.
