Default Can I go lower without rubbing the front?

Hey guys, I want to know what is the most you can drop the front without rubbing on those screws and bolt from the inner fender.
I've had it this low and I was rubbing badly:

How it sits now:

Please chime in and maybe show me some pictures of your setup.
Thanks

whats your front tire size? Depending on the height of the front tire you can go lower..
