Took the car in for A/C service, when it was returned to me, whenever i slow down, or U-turn, i hear click/clacking coming from front left wheel area.

I drove the car back to dealer who after 2 days said problem was that when car was lifted the spring moved from its place, and as the car was lowered the spring is not sitting incorrectly and causing problems. But, because springs are 'aftermarket' my suspension warranty is void and they dont want to fix it.

are they telling the truth? or giving me bs...

how can i fix this?
