Hi,
It is an excellent review and message.
I am also considering HKS Hipermax III coilover. Just wonder if there is any noise or rattle after you fit the coilover? Also, how stiff it is when you adjust the coilover to the stiffest setting?
Thanks

Glad you liked the review.
I've had these for almost 2 months now & no noise or rattle what so ever. I haven't messed around with the dampening settings yet because the default HKS setting (middle) is just too comfortable & still able to slice the street corners like butter. Although I probably should sometime in the future for further review. Anyways, if your looking for something practical & pass the "wife test" then look no more. If your looking for something with a little more track-race-car like characteristics then these might not do for you.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Did you try KW or Ohlins before? I learnt from others that KW is similar to HKS Hipermax III in terms of comfort and Ohlins is more stiff than HKS Hipermax III, true?
So, if I turn the Hipermax III to the stiffest setting, can it achieve track-race feel?
Thanks

I have rode on this set for nearly 50k miles (daily driven) with no issues at all. Not sure what you're planning on using it for but I would recommend it for street and maybe some track use here and there. If you plan on dumping your car and stretching your tires, look elsewhere.
