Angry brembo brake problem

Hey,

I replaces my pads, but after a night of drinking wasnt paying much attention and I split the calipers to get the pads out.

Now I have a spungy brake pedal. I bled the master cylinder, as well as bled all the brakes starting right rear, left rear, front right, front left, inside bleed screw then outside.

Brake pedal depressed about 60% on first push, then is hard as a rock afterwards. Drive to the next stop sign and is soft on first push then hard afterwards.

Any advice on what may be occuring, and possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Air in calipers. Get a pressure bleeder and re-bleed the whole system.
