Actually a tire with a bad belt can cause a pull. And possibly a tire with one side worn out will cause a pull as well.

For temporary testing purposes, swap the front wheels to opposite sides and see if the car pulls the other direction. Since this is only temp to see if it does do this, then you know it's the tires and it won't hurt a directional tire to go backwards for a short period.
