Question ***GT rays set up LOWERING QUESTION PLEASE HELP...

I have stock suspension on my '06 w/ Gt rays w the following set up:
275/35/19 255/40/18... I belive +30offsets of all. I'm considering lowering a bit. Nothing for tracking, just to fill in tire/fender gaps a bit. I had put 15mm spacers all around on this set up before, and the back tires rubbed-so I took spacers off. I think the fronts did not, but not quite sure. Am I able to lower the car at all without rubbing or any fender rolling? if so, what springs should I use, and should I use a camber kit? sorry, I don't know much about all this. Please help....

If the rear tires are rubbing on stock suspension, doesn't mean that it will after you lower it because you will introduce some negative camber on both the front and rear, but will depend on how much of a drop you're doing. I'd just get some springs with a mild drop first, and then go from there. Springs are cheap anyways. The popular springs that offer a slight drop are Tein S or H-tech, and Nismo springs and shocks combo. The stock GT rims are 10 inch wide in the back and 9 inch wide in the front, I think it should sit pretty flush if you drop it that you won't really need a spacer.

if you don't change camber arms/bolts with +30 offset (the standard on GT/nismo wheels) also putting back as less camber as possible you wont' rub..
and the wheels will looks "flush enough" at least for my taste..
different story for the front where is not adjustable and the wheel will disappear into the fender well. :-)
