Default Anyone know approx how much brake fluid is needed to replace the fluid on Brembos?

Since we don't have a sticky on brake question/answers yet and the search didn't reveal clear answers relating to my situation, I'm making a thread.

I have a track day on friday and I want to replace my fluid.

I'm on a Z that didn't have the Brembo's, but I added the stainless lines and Brembo calipers.

I have some super blue fluid accessible to me, but I don't know how much is required by the Z.

Does anyone know how much fluid a Brembo equipped Z requires?

I used almost the entire 1L bottle of Castrol SRF when I changed my fluid and lines. Hope that helps...

I agree, a 1 quart/liter bottle should do. A lot depends on how liberal you are on bleeding it. I used a power bleeder and let a LOT go through the system so I used almost two quarts.

Thanks guys. I went from a shelf bought fluid to super blue and managed to pull it all off with just short of 1/2 liters.
