Varying Spring Rates?

From the name and description I obviously generate that "SuperDrift" coilovers are for drifting. I noticed the main difference is in the rear spring rates. Does having softer springs in the rear make your car more prone to oversteer? Could someone knowledgable please give some insight into how varying spring rates between the front/rear affects handling?
Would SuperDrift Coilovers induce unintentional oversteer if you're say at the limit of your car, but not trying to gas through a turn or drift?
Would SuperDrift Coilovers have worse handling benefits for grip driving than say the FLEX coilovers? Why or why not?
Z33 03+ SuperDrift Coilovers
Spring Rates Front 671/Rear 559
Z33 03+ FLEX Coilovers
Spring Rates Front 671/Rear 671
More detailed specs can be found here.
