Default Alignment...need advise

Ok I think this is like my 7th time I had my car aligned for the past 3-4 months. I have front/rear cambers.

Front Cambers/Toes
LC -1.1 RC -1.1
LT .04 RT .04

Rear Cambers/Toe
LC -1.6 RC -1.6
LT 0.10 RT .10

Caster
both 7.8

Are these numbers good? I'm thinking about installing the shim that came with the spc but if the front cambers are ok then I will not bother. Also what I don't get is that when the tech aligned the rears the toes came to .08 but as soon as the front was adjusted lowered on the ramp the rear went up to .10 Is there machine broken or something? I dont see how the rear toes could change from aligning the front. Also for the past 2 alignments they can never center my steering wheel its either off to the right or left but its not pulling though. But its just annoying how its not centered. They always complain how its taking them forever to align my car and I don't feel like going there all the time. And why is it that my rear toes keeps changing each time I take it to the alignment shop? It was way off last time.
