Did you ever get the Brembo stickers? What size are they?

Just spoke with David from AutoSupplyCo and he indicated that he has plenty of rotors, however, the calipers are a bit scarce. He is also able have them painted in colors other than gold/orange (at no additional cost).

My rears were accidentally powdercoated black. He has another set that will be done in gold on Thursday and they should be sent out on Friday or on the following Monday. So it looks like about 2 more weeks of waiting for me.

But I did pick up the rear caliper bolts from Nissan on Friday and my Stoptech SS lines came on Wednesday.

Hahah, you are mistaken my friend, those rears are mine! He called me & asked "they were power-coated black, is that alright?"

I said no I want them powder-coated gold so he sent them back & got them powder-coated gold. If you wanted them black, he would have sent those to you & made me wait until Thursday for the other set.

They are sitting on his desk right now & I'll be getting a phone call soon to say when they will be shipped as David is on holidays right now.

Hopefully yours do come in on Thursday though....

I guess that explains why he told me he couldn't have the black ones redone for me in gold and that I had to wait for the next set.

Just be glad he had an extra set coming in! The rears are very hard for him to find at the moment. You lucked out my friend!

EDIT: My Project Mu Inner Sports Shoes came in! My rear calipers are being shipped *hopefully* Monday as David is on holidays!

I got the F+R Brembos fully reconditioned with brand new everything & powder-coated for $1274. You're asking $1400 for 3 used ones that were in an accident.

There is no way I'd spend more than $800 on a F+R used Brembo brake kit that is in MINT condition with under 20,000 KM.

I'll give you $200 for your 3 used calipers.......

Well it was under caliper so I don't think that would be pad choice?

Called them, guy said POSI-QUIET vs. CENTRIC, these are the companies that refurbishes the calipers. No pads included.

My calipers came in the mail yesterday. The fronts already have pads loaded. The rears are not loaded, but the pads and clips/etc were in the box. There was also a small tube of brake lube, a plastic hose for bleeding, and assembly instructions.

Unfortunately, the discs haven't come yet, so these parts are sitting in the garage next to the new lines and rear caliper bolts, rather than in the trunk waiting to go get installed.

Also, as expected, there are no "Brembo" decals on them. I measured the spaces and went on line to order decals, but then changed my mind and decided to keep them clean, at least for now.

On a side note, I asked at my local dealership about getting a 17" spare, since I know my 16" won't fit over the new brakes. The parts guy claimed that Nissan no longer sells spares without a car to go along with them. I thought that was odd, and so I checked on a few far-away dealers' sites. Justin at West Covina gave me the correct part number and the best price, although I am waiting on a shipping quote before ordering. But Performance and Courtesy also both sell the spare, although at slightly higher prices.
