Question Newbie question on swaybar install?

For those that installed their own swaybars on their Z or have experience with them, can I use ramps to lift the Z or do I need to use jackstands? My concern is whether the wheels need to be free from any flat ground contact in order to correctly install the swaybars, such as I would get if on ramps versus on jackstands.

Thanks.

It will be easier to R/R the bar with the wheels off, therefore jack stands are what's called for.
