Default adjusted your own camber

Does anyone here adjust there own camber. I am autoxing alot and will be changing out the rear and front to adjustable stuff. I see for about a $100 bucks or so you can get things to check what your camber is. I figured this might be a cheaper route to go since my car will be used for autox and road racing. don't want to take it in alot for camber adjustments. I going to be checking my tires with a pyrometer to start figuring out if my alignments are where I want them to be.

Front yes , rear no. The rear is really funny to changes if you ever watch it getting set on a rack. Just trying to tighten the nuts down will cause movement.

I did this once with my stillen rear camber arms... not a good idea. the littlest adjustment can really cause severe tire wear, but if you have some how to measure the camber and then get it back within specs then go for it. If you are just eyeballing it i don't recommend it at all.

Changing the rear camber throws the toe way out of wack, so without an alignment rack, you could do more harm than good
