Default Swift springs

I was wondering if I can change the tanabe Pro7 coil spring for some swift coil springs? rear only. If you are wondering why is because the car sit to high, almost like stock, and it is all the way down already.

if these are just reggular lowering springs on OEM-type suspension than yes you can switch them out...if these are springs on a Tanabe Coilover system then you will have to see if the springs are the same diameter and such...swift would know for sure.

Over all your problem doesn't make sense since all their coilover products for the platform show drops that are lower then oem, no matter I guess what you have just isn't low enough for you.

Do you have the Pro 5 or Pro 7 coilovers?

If not and you have the Sustec Pro S-OC Type II, call Tanabe and order the front parts that make the Sustec Pro S-OC different (helper springs and all the added parts that allow them to be run). That will allow you to drop the front more.

For the rear, do you still have the rubber oem upper spring seat in place?
Easy free solution for rear height is to simply pull that oem rear uppper spring seat out of the car and cut it down and reinstall. They readjust the seats to the drop your after.

You can install aftermarket 5" OD rear springs, but the springs Swift makes in that diameter might not have the stiffness your afer since they only have a small choice in rates and start out at a minum of 500lbs in rate. Eibach ESS is avaliable in a 5" OD spring and in a ton of rate choices. The catch is, you will have to modify the spring by cutting off one end of the spring so it can sit in the lower control arm. Out of the box the springs have a flattened profile that will not sit in the lower control arm. If you can source rear Tein coilover replacement springs, you wouldn't have to make that cut.
