Offset and tires? Depends.

I have them, and my rears rubbed slightly on the oem 18s + 25mm spacers on 255/45/18 size tires

Belated reply: Fitment is fine.

Mathfuntime: I'm running 255 in the rear. Stock wheels are +33, with a 25mm spacer,
which makes it a +8 offset. (255/2)-8 = 119.5mm between my hub and fender, which ended up rubbing a little.

You will have (275/2)-20 = 117.5mm between your hub and fender, only a 2mm difference, so you may rub slightly as well.
