Lowerd mine w/ GF210 on 06.
I was wondering spring rate becuase it is softer than OEM on rear side. I've searched and some people said "IT is STIFFER than oem 06+!!!!!," I didn't expected that at all.... However, it was similar to stock spring. Also, it kinda imporved handling because when i take out the ramp from highway. the body roll reduced.
BUT! the problem is stock shocks. whenever i go over bump, it always hit the bump stops and the car is bouncy. It feels terrible and i might have to replace to right shocks in near future. Since i've just installed springs, i might keep it next couple thousand miles to see, and save up some money and go w/ Tokico D-specs or full coilovers...
