Default JIC FLTA2 install pics

got the entire setup on, however the rears are kinda driving me crazy. got the rear shock on, however the spring install feels like it is wrong (seen installed pics of it like this as well, and it just doesnt feel right). somebody help me out, because i feel speshul not knowing how to install rear springs lol. i can pull motors, but cant install rear springs..me ftl

heres a pic of how i saw it setup. do i use the rubber spring mount up top? help me out





i cant see using the rubber springmount up top with this mounted topwise. mounted on the bottom, its not really secure in place. wtf

I think you have them on backwards.
The threaded portion is supposed to be on top.
It seems as if you are missing some mounting parts.
Such as a bottom spring mount, and a rubber piece for the top mount.

Not sure if JIC uses the same kind of parts as BC racing, but here is how mine looks like,


And the bottom piece (replaces the rubber mount)

The BCs come with a bottom spring mount. Like my Cuscos, it looks like you need to use the stock bottom spring mount on your JICs. Drift_projekt, you need to mount the collar on top. You also are going to need to use the rubber upper spring mount too. You can cut it down however, to adjust it lower. Hope that helps. Here is a pic:

i dont believe im missing anything, its just a weird setup, and i wish ore flt owners would chime in and help out lol
