When my car is jacked up, the front right wheel is bolted down tightly, but shakes slightly. A friend told me it is the wheel hub. I'm thinking could it be the spindle instead perhaps?

BTW any guides out there for replacing the wheel hub or spindle?

 

sounds like it could be a wheel bearing order a new one from nissan its pretty easy to replace.
