ok guys..i just purchased stance gr+pro SS-D model and the spring rates are a little off and confusing.
First, the vendors told me that SS-D's come only in true coils. but in the stance website it comes only OEM.
Second, i ordered 16/14k but it came 16/7k. Soo, i talk to them and they told me that the 14k rears are for the OEM style but is equivalent to a 7k TRUE coilovers for the rears.
soo, is it softer in the rears or if it was compared 2 different TRUE COILOVERS will MY 7k true rears be softer if i had a higher spring rate like a 10k true rears??
i'm confuse and unsure what to do. NEED HELP ASAP b4 i return these and regret it later on!! ALL HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

i have the true rear gr+'s. the true rates are 12/5 and the oem are 12/11 so yours sound right. the true rears are recommended by stance and by intense. youre fine dont worry- keep them

You ordered a oem style rear setup and they sent you a truecoilover rear, definately not cool.
Are 16Kg/14Kg oem rear the same in the rear vs 16Kg/7Kg truecoilover rear? No
16/14 leverages 330lbs to the wheel
16/7 leverages 392lbs to the wheel
It would take a 16.6Kg spring in the oem rear location to leverage the same 392lbs that the truecoilover setup has.
IMO, without getting into a number of issues that I'm definately not inclined to agree with, the vendor need's to take back what they shipped and get you what you actually ordered, return shipping at their cost.
