coils are probably my best bet..suggestions on brands..

megan...meh dont know...

stance gr+...they are great...allow you to go super low with a true type rear and still ride good...and a dam good price...bout 1200 brand new...

 

Another on par (made by the same company but more for racing and will allow you to still get plenty low, roughly same price too) are BC Racing coilovers. W/ that said I love my Stance's but have never tracked them. Hope to change that this year.

What about the Bilstein PSS or PSS10's? I know Adam was running a special on them a while back. Heard their very comfortable and should be much lower then your S. Techs

 

If you're going to switch the rears to Eibachs, then you should do the front too so you can sell your stechs as a whole set. You'll have a hard time trying to get a buyer for just rears of your stech springs or fronts of eibach.

 

If your thinking about a nice coilover set-up go with KW Variat 3 these are fully adustable for ride height,compression and rebound damping. I found these athttp://advancedracetechnology.net/ talk with Paul he will give you a GREAT $$ on these. (Best around)If you don't have the money to go this way he'll fix you up with somthing else.

like some of the guys already mentioned, get some decent coilovers for cheap, then you don't have to worry about the height later if you wanted to raise them up a bit... I have an A'PEXi and I have plenty to drop, now I worry about bumps, dips etc.etc. it keeps hitting my front lip that i just repaired just my .02. GL bro...
