The owner says they are Nismo Sway bars but there are some significant differences.
1) The front looks correct in shape but it is adjustable. (Hmmm)
2) The rear is completely different.
a) It's 3 way adjustable
b) It looks like the bar would drop down UNDER the exhaust. (Yikes!) Maybe a serious concern if lowering.
3) Is this off of a Nismo Z (Factory bars)? I doubt it.
I searched the threads and couldn't seem to find this one.
Any help is appreciated.

Looks like 350evo bars, I have them on my car. My car is lowered about an inch, no problems. Same bar they used on their race cars. The bar is straight in back to make it stronger, instead of what you usually see with the hump over the exhaust.
Found pic of nismo bars has hump and 350evo bars pic on right

They are NOT Nismo S-tune 350Z sway bars part# 54600-RSZ30US as shown in the Nismo catalog page 10
http://www.nissanusa.com/pdf/microsi...ar_catalog.pdf
They are Nissan Motorsports 350Z adjustable sway bars part# 99996-RSZ30K created and sactioned for SCCA T2 comp, and yes they are made by 350EVO and are the exact same bars 350EVO always has marketed for themselves. Go page 29

BTW, the adjustable endlinks they come with are beyond worthless.

I appreciate the quick info guys! You really seem to know your stuff. I'm glad to hear it's no problem with the drop. I was concerned. Thanks for the heads up on the adjustable end links. There's not much room for confusion when you say they are "beyond worthless." LOL
Wow, $349 for the pair from 350evo. I'm picking them up tomorrow night from a local seller. I'll keep the price to myself since this is a hellova deal. LOL
Thanks again guys!

Sure enough, these were the ones from Nissan Motorsports. I bought 'em off EBay but the seller was local. (Here in Michigan)
Super nice guy named Ralph. I think he was on the this forum but my searches can't turn anything up. He is a pretty serious road racer who spared no expense on his cars. (Hence the sway bars that cost $700 through Nissan or $350 through 350EVO)
Anyway, long story short, he totalled his Z on the track when his ABS failed. It apparently dug in and rolled several times. Thank God he had a good cage.
If anyone know the story or can find it posted he, I'd love to read on it.
He has a brand new (in the box) NISMO rear differential (complete pumpkin) still up for sale for I think $1300. I don't know the specs. He also has some serious coil overs (Brand new) still in the box made by Penske.
If you're looking for serious parts, you may want to look this guy up and try to make a deal. I hate to confess this, but I got these sway bars for a whopping $50. (Local pick up) Since I know he lost on this deal, the least I can do is stir up some sales for him and deals for you guys.
