Default Brake Dust Solution

I found this post at another 350Z website, and was wondering if anyone else has used these brake pads and your thoughts.

Greenstuff brake pads up front and there is no dust at all. They're available from www.courtesyparts.com for $69.

Thoughts? The guy said he went 300 miles without any brake dust. But he did say they squeak some. Anyone else use these or any other brake pads out there that have little or no brake dust and no squeaking.

I can't even drive around the block and come home and have brake dust.

Thanks for your replies,

I have the EBC Greenstuff pads and EBC Sport Rotors. I'm very happy with the results. Very little brake dust.

Shaq, Did you replace the rears also? And if not, does it brake differently. I am just wondering if I change the fronts and not the rears, is that okay?

BTW, I only have 800 miles and have had it almost 3 months.

Wax your wheels, I use Crystal Guard. The wax will stick less and will be easier to wipe off.

I have tried the wax thing, the brake dust is still there, I still have to clean it. Changing the brake pads is my only option.

Well, even after you change out your pads, you will still need to clean your wheels. Changing your pads doesn't completely eliminate dusting.

Okay, lets rephrase this:

Drive the Z for 30 miles, come home, have brake dust galore. Have to clean.

Change pads, Drive for over 300 miles, NO brake dust.

I have a 2002 Maxima, and can go 400 miles without noticing anything.

If I drive the same amount in my Z, you would have BLACK fronts and semi-black rears.

Bottom line, I do not like cleaning my wheels every time I drive my car. You should not have too, and I won't once the front brake pads are changed.
