looking for info on springs, I seem to get conflicting information as to what will work with the roadster. . . some say the coupe and the roadster are the same. . . others say they are specific to each - to those ZR's what kinds did you use to lower

The suspension setup for the coupe and the roadster are the same. The only difference from the factory are the Nismo models. I personally run air suspension on my 07' Z33 Roadster and previous 06' Z33 Roadster. You shouldn't run into any conflictions with a simple spring/adjustable shock/coilover combo.
