What shocks WOULD you recommend for the stock shocks (performance-wise)? I could care less about looks and wheel gap. Every spring thread I'm finding is "s1cK m4d tyt3 dr0p l00kz g00d, y0"...
Still lurking though...maybe I'll find SOMETHING. :P

All 4 can be revalved for $500 if you end up feeling the need to.
If you do not have to have adjustablity and you'd like more comfort
Bilstein HD
All 4 can be revalved by Bilstein NA for $260, again if you end up feeling the need to.

Do not use progressive springs on a car intented for the track,......period. I will front and center not recommend them for a car you'll drive anyplace aggressively either. For your intended purpose, for what you want to do it is a compromise that fly's in the face of what you want and cost you the very things your trying to accomplish in modifying the suspension.
If you want 392lbs front and 448lbs rear, you can do it just like I did, only thing you'll need to add to have a 1.2" drop in the front is to spend a few dollars with Koni shop services. You would have them do a simple mod to the front Koni shocks, have them cut out a 5/8" section from the lower leg of the shock just above the lower mount and reweld.
OTS Koni yellows $800 new or $400 used
Tein tapered springs 392lbs $120
6061 machined lower spring seats (front) $25 and your time
Tom's Motorsports adjustable rear spring seats $160
Eibach or hypercoil 5.5" outside diameter springs 9.5" tall 448lbs $125

Rather than make a new thread, I'm looking to take a little jostle out of the front of the car without stiffening the sway bar much.
Car will be seeing auto-x and eventually HDPE/TT use.
Current setup in mind:
Cusco or similar upper A-Arms
Koni Yellows (OTS)
Tein S-Tech springs (386F/402R)
Eibach (or similar) rear camber arms + toe bolts
Probably will play with sways in the future, but my biggest complaint is poor turn in under braking (I know camber plays a large role here) and the shocks just being a bit soft factory. I think -2 camber front, transfer of spring stiffness to front, and shock adjustability will really help here.
As a side note, would it be worthwhile to consider D-spec shocks over Koni's?
Thoughts? (GSedan35 especially).
