Default Riding on Nismo S-Tune... Which Sway bars?

I'm going to make this short because I have a pretty simple question that doesn't specifically come up in any of my searches. I have a 2004 Touring and have the car lowered on the Nismo kit. Not looking forward to the amount of fender work the will be done when the 18x10/11(+25) Volks come in, but that's besides the point. I was thinking about going out and finishing of the suspension with the Nismo sway bars but from what I've read it's an improvement for my model year but almost the same as the newer 350's. Should I go with a different, stronger swap bar? I thinking all Nismo will be the most balanced for the street, which is 99.9% street driven. Thanks for any input.

if you plan to track a lot i'd say go with something that is more adjustable than the nismo sways. if you're going to track every once in a while and your car is more your DD, then the nismo sways should be more than enough to get your car to handle well. Yes, the newer Z's come with better sway bars, which in this case you probably don't want to switch to the nismo sways because they barely do anything for the car. hope that helps.

Yeah it will be mainly street driven, maybe once or twice a year I'll drag the car or do an autocross. Might even look into a true auto track if I feel the itch. But even then all I'll do is sport it around town and show it off at a few shows. The car, like all of my other cars I've modded, will most likely be turbocharged in the future. Just at a cross road right now. Again, at this point in time I won't race seriously, just for fun.

If you have a late model 2004, it should have the updated sway bars, which were really close in specs to the Nismo. No reason to buy anything.

Realy? I swapped my late 04 ones for Nismos and there was loads of difference!

You mean the ones that would come on a revup?

Pretty sure the stock ones are the same all the way through, even to the 08 ones, but if there different there will be pics out there!

Rear bar never changed. Front bar stiffness increased by ~17% when Nissan revised.

Nismo rear bar is 1% softer than OEM bar. Nismo front bar is ~18% stiffer than original OEM bar, and 1% stiffer than revised OEM bar.

If you want the Nismo bar settings, getting the revised front bar and keeping your rear bar is a very cheap alternative. If you want adjustability, then other aftermarket bars are your only option.
