Default Damper settings

Hello. I have had some HKS HIpermax RS on my car for a while. I have only used them on the street and have left them on the med setttings (15 clicks all the way around) and am looking for suggestions on how to set them for the track or canyon. Do people use the same settings all the way around for track? Would it be an advantage to have the back stiffer than the front or vice versa?

back stiffer than the front = less traction up front, and vice versa. Set then to how they feel good. Take them to the track annd set then to how you need them for the car to handle properly. You really can't set the suspension well in the canyons, you need experiance and track experiance to really set them up properly.
