Default KW 3 coil overs

I installed KW adjustable shocks front and rear, now all I need to do is figure out what adjusting them will do to the handling. If anyone out there experienced with adjustable shocks on the track can tell me the following, I'd appreciate it:

In general, what will happen to handling if I do the following:
1) increase/soften rebound?
2) increase/soften compression?
Also, I have adjustable sway bars. What happens when I:
3) stiffen/soften the front bar?
4) stiffen/soften the rear bar?
Yes, I know that stiffening/softening the sway bars will, in general, increase understeer or oversteer. But, I'm hoping to get some information to cut down on the time it takes me to figure it out more specifically.

Great struts for the track , even better if you have a telemetry setup cause you'll probably never really get them set right without that. Single way adjustable setups are so much better for the averave person. The average joe can even screw up the handling very ealily with single way too.
