Default very dumb question regarding true coils

hey guys, i just got my d2 coils which are a tru coil system.

in the rear, will i need to use a spring in the oem spot if the rear strut has a spring on it?
you get me?

nope, the factory coil needs to be removed.

Since your asking this , i highly suggest having someone experianced do the setup and install.

i meant the pring not the coil.
so what sits above the rear control arm?

no. if ur rear coilover has a shock and spring setup, you can remove the oem spring, and everything else above the spring cup.
