Default spring help

Right now im on completely stock suspension with the exception of hotchkis sways. I'm looking to lower the car with springs, then eventually get shocks later on. I'm not sure which springs would be best for what I'm looking for. Basically I want about a 1inch drop and springs on the stiff side.

So far I've considered tanabe gf210, tein s tech, hotchkis, and eibach prokit springs.

the tanabes I've seen in person seemed to have lowered it a little more than what I'm looking for. I've been told hotchkis and eibach are on the softer side, so as of now i'm thinking s techs are the closest to what I want.

Any other suggestions? I'm having a tough time coming to a final decision.

Cobb springs , between them and one? run closer to the updated suspension of the 04.5 and newer Z's. The others are based off the older inferior suspension

Be carefull what you lable as inferior.

Ride quality inferior, yes. But the same thing that causes the ride issues is what deliver's pretty good performance as summed up by Road and Track when they tested the 2003 Z vs a 911, M3 and Z06.

"Dynamically, there are few cars so immediately comfortable to drive quickly. Thoughtful chassis and suspension tuning have made it relatively easy (and hugely satisfying) to hustle the Z around offramps and racetracks alike. Excellent overall balance allows it to seamlessly process braking, steering and throttle inputs without unduly upsetting the chassis. Fore-to-aft weight transfer has a minimal effect on the car's composure, allowing the driver to transition from braking to power more quickly when cornering."
