Default Front Camber Issue ::: Need Help!!!

Currently, I am running an 06 Z on Hotchkis Sport Springs with 245/40/18 in the front. I recently installed SPC Upper Control Arms and went to get an alignment. The front wheels, even with the upper control arms set to their most positive camber setting, were still 2 degrees out of spec (spec is 0.6 degrees and my wheels cant get past 2.6 degrees).

I have a local friend who runs an 03 Z on coilovers with 265/35/19 in the front. His front camber is still in spec with his OEM Upper Control Arms.

The OEM Upper Control Arms are the same length in all the models, so I didn't understand how this could be until I researched and found out that the knuckles of 03-04 Zs were different from the 05-08 Zs according to mynismo.com . This could play a part in my issue, but I suspect that something else may also be a contributing factor.

If anyone has any advice, ideas, solutions, or anything, please let me know.

Thanks
