Thanks. The install manual actually states: "For getting the lowest spring seat position the lock nut ( A ) is not required." so I'm thinking we're good.

Yea, it seems that at the lowest height in the rear (with the locking collar removed) on the original springs, riding the bumps stops isn't a huge issue. I think that once we take the rear any lower, then it might become one.
