Default How confident would you be with this ebay part? CF Strut Bar

A lot of decent vendors in the automotive world sell their products on ebay that they also sell in their online and real-world stores.

I have come across a lot of products throughout ebay that were not complete garbage, but I will admit that at least half of the stuff in the automotive world is not worth the asking price.

Anyways, I found a cool looking carbon fiber front strut brace. I've never seen one offered anywhere else and I've never seen pictures anywhere - but then again I haven't looked very hard for them either.

My question is, does anyone have experience with this part or a similar product? Would you trust the quality to be worth the asking price in the auction?

In the auction they claim that it is full dry carbon fiber, and it is very strong.

The one thing that makes me a little uneasy about buying this product is the adjustment mechanism on the end in the picture. Our factory strut bars up front have that three way locking nut system that is easy to adjust and stays in place very well.

Any input?

Honestly, it looks pretty cheap. Why not get a strut bar from a vendor here? Or at least one that you know is good quality

It looks very similar to the Aerosync front strut bar.

Doesn’t even look like real carbon fiber. Looks like a sticker over metal. If you look real close you can even see that it isn’t even woven fibers
