Squeeking from top of rear shocks

Default Squeeking from top of rear shocks

The temperature has dropped quite a bit in the past week and now all of a sudden I am getting squeaking sounds from the tops of my rear shocks. How can I torque then down to see if that fixes the problem? Thanks!

With a torque wrench of course.
