Post My Z Needs New Brakes Looking to upgrade

All,

I have a 2006 350z with stock rotors and brakes that are the original OEM materials. They have about 3-6 months left on them. Looking into the possibility of upgrading them. Would like some input into my research.

I want a new look as well as better performance.
1. New Rotors
2. New Brakes
3. New Calipers

1. Possible Options here: http://www.r1concepts.com/
2. http://www.z1motorsports.com/product...oducts_id=3181
3. http://www.r1concepts.com/Review/ViewReview.aspx?ID=109

So the bottom line, my OEM rotors have already been turned once from them warping. I want better rotors and better less dusty pads and better looking calipers. Is there a big difference between the 2 or 4 chamber calipers as well?

Gary

Big brakes will cost you $4,000 plus. Instead of buying individual parts from different vendors why not a all -in-one kit?

slotted rotors / pads http://zeckhausen.com/Nissan/350Z-2.htm ~800 - fine for non tracked cars

or have you thought of the 14' 370z sport kit - great brake / dollar value

http://www.g35parts.com/ProductDetai...e=g37-retrofit ~1400

used brembos ~1200 ( when can be found)

or http://www.arizonazcar.com/350zbrakes.html ~2200

if you have lots of extra $$ the brembo gt kit or stoptechs 3500+

Seconding used Brembos as the best bang-for-buck. Use Axxis Ultimate pads for good bite and low dust. They are NOT a track pad, but are cheap and functional.
