Default How to tighten the upper link bolts?

This is the story. I have an 05 base and I've been hearing a clunk noise in the front suspension (maybe I am just imagining it) and was gonna check the most common parts for this. I was gonna re torque the upper links bolts, even though it was for the 03, but I can't get a proper wrench to fit. The only ones that fit are to small and don't have enough length to even budge the bolts. Not to mention that the torque wrench will not fit either. The TSB says you don't have to even get the wheel of, but the problem is the spring. Has anyone re torque the bolts themselves, if so how did you do it. Photos are welcome. I've yet to try it out with out the wheel but I still think it won't fit, maybe I'm wrong.

I will also be checking the sway bar bushing. Thnx in advance and sorry for the long writeup

It can be done from the ground but it is easier to do with the wheels off. Are you jacking the car up or using ramps? I've done it on ramps. If you jack the car the wheels hang down and I can see where that might make it difficult to get to the bolts.

I only tried it with the jack, didn't think that doing it in ramps would be different. Thnx will try it on the ramps

I was going to try it with the ramps this last weekend because I was doing my oil change, only to find out that my car can't go up the ramps I've got. So no go on the ramps until I buy the rhino ones. Also I was trying to inspect the stabilizer bushing but couldn't find it.

Yeah... I was actually asking were was the part on the car not the picture. I couldn't circle it on mine, sorry for not specifying.
