i guess ill give a straight answer...you wont need to roll your fenders unless you get around a 25-30mm and you are low enough to rub...you will know...just lower it how you want it first then you can role your fenders later...

whenever you lower the car, you usually mess up your toe (assuming your going to lower it more than 1 inch) so yes, you will need to get the camber/toe arms
