Default Need Advice for lowering my Z

So I just got new rims n tires on it about 2-3 months ago and now I want to lower it... For the meantime I just want to do springs dropped on stock shocks and then in the future I can get coilovers. What Springs are decent and not to expensive to get? So Far The Top Three choices I have are Tein S, H & R, and Tanabes... What you guys think???

IMO save up for coilovers. But if you cant wait id go with H&R considering that they are the lowest that you can go before coils. I am running Tein-S techs which is pretty low now but i want to go lower. LOL so just do it right the first time as they say.

awfully hard to make a suggestion when you have not given any info as to what year car you have, how many miles you have, how much of a drop you're going for.....

I would say save for coilovers. In the meantime, spend some valuable time in the brake and suspension forum. It would be time well spent.

I have Eibach Prokit - good value for the money until you go to coil overs or something else. I had an alignment done after that at the dealer. It came into spec. w/o front or read toe/camber kits.

+1 I've had tein h tech, S tech, hotchkiss, and currently running tanabe's..... I liked tanabe GF210 out of all of them. If you can wait, get coilovers, it'll be worth it down the road...

I have a 05 enthusiast, 6 speed with 29,000 miles on it. I'm looking for about a 1.75inch drop in the front and a 1.5 in the back... just enough to close the gaps for the meantime.

then you need save for coilovers

those heights are way too extreme to run on stock, or aftermarket struts. You will have next to 0 suspension travel left, and your car will handle worse than it does now

Lower if you're just doing to DD and nothing more... Go coilovers if you're going to do some crazy tracks or what not.

I would go http://www.tanabe-usa.com/gf210.asp?id=3

^^This. I currently run S-techs though and I'm happy with them. They drop, according to advertisements, .5 all around and they shift stiffness from the rear to the front (my favorite part about them).

In addition to coilovers you'll probably want to price camber kits and a rear toe kit if you want to drop it a lot. You can rack up a $2k bill pretty quick just for those things.
