Default what Big Brake Kit would u get?

i searched many different brands of BBK. It seemed like in general Brembo is very expensive than others. Around $3000.
Would u get 1) 4 piston Brembo GT for around $3000
2) 4 piston Stoptech for around $2000
3) 6 piston Ksport for $1500
4) 4 piston Precision for $2000
5) 8 piston Ksport for $2800
I'm mostly talking about 332x32 or 30 size; Front BBK; Drilled or slotted rotors.

Do u care bout the number of pistons or brands?

On your list, stoptech are the only ones i would consider. You should look into wilwood, Todd from TCE is the person to contact.

i would b glad if u guys say why it's the best.. like- design, or popularity.

the description of 6 piston Ksport sounds like it's the best. It says each caliper weighs 5lbs, BBK is super light, and has 6 pistons...and cheapest lol

and you can only get pads from Ksport , the pads are expensive, and Ksport is one step up from a fly by night company. whats their future? how long will you be able to get parts from them?

My question is why do you want a BBK? Do you intend to Auto-X or HPDE with your car or is it for looks on the street. If yoy intend to track the car I would say Stoptech, if you just what a good setup for the street that looks good I would go with the new sport brakes (Akebono)off a 370Z. There are vendors on this forum that sell them as a kit and you can do all 4 corners around 2 grand or upgrade to better rotors and pads for a little more.

EDIT: Seriously, from your list of choices, I can tell you that Stoptech's would be the better decision.
the lowest price for 4 piston stoptech is more than $2000
After swaping the BBk i would have to get new or adjust some parts for alignment and stuff like that, which will cost me more.

What BBK do u recommend for reasonably low price and good for drift?

Not to add to your dilema but looking at your list and price range, why not consider Alliance or APracing BBKs as well?

looking at the price of akebono, the front AND rear brake kits are $2000..awesome...

But APracing, stoptech, or alliance costs $2000 for front kit only.
Price wise, Akebono sounds the best. But r they pretty good for drifting?
i'm not gonna b a drifter but i wanna practice and very later on, proly drift in SMALL competition.

$3k for wilwood 6 piston front with 2 piece rotors and 4 piston rears with 2 piece rotors. Much better pad selection than Akebono

If it was my car, and I was into drifting, I'd skip the brakes, invest in a good LSD and some tires and put every other spare dime towards various drift schools, etc - those are going to far more important than whether your car has a big brake kit or not
