if your putting a 3rd one in it sounds like your over looking something that was damaged in the front end collision

I understand. Everything looks fine, lines, pump, etc. It's got to be something with the hydraulics of the system??

I havent extensively followed that system, but lines are lines....so if they are not pinched or leaking at any of the fittings, then i would check the pump or replace it?

what fluid are you using each time? every switch to anything different any of those times?

nothing adding any preload or hitting the rack?
