dont even know who to blame for this 1!. importimage or BC racing.
so i ordered my BC coilovers on march 25th from import image. i ordered my spring rate to be 12/10 f/. i ordered from them because i was told that they had them in stock and ready to go. a couple days later i find out that (from what importimage said) bc coilovers told him they were in stock when in reality they were not and were on back order. i emailed IM numerous times (he responded everytime thanks for that) and he had no clue what was going on with my coilovers. so i emailed BC when they got back to me it seemed like they were giving me the run around. well after weeks and weeks i finally got my answer and was told no later then the 16th. well i finally got my coilovers in today. and what else could be messed up i thought. well i opened the package and they sent me the reg 10/8 spring rate not the 12/10 i ordered. im not trying to rant more just warn others. the entire time i delt with bc i felt like i was being given the run around. i had heard so much good about this company thus why i went with them and my experiance with them doesnt seem to match.
in the end import image was very helpful as he always responded very quickly. i just expected better service from BC. i am told they will ship me the correct spring rate. i hope it doesnt take them as long as it took for the coilovers.

I ordered my BC's from them as well, and also opted for the higher spring rates and they shipped out immediatly...just curious how do you tell the spring rates...are they printed on the spring itself or are those diff numbers im thinking of?
its the last number printed on the spring. it will say 008 or 010 u get the picture.
