Default Installing springs. Question about rubber washer

Hello,

I'm trying to replace the stock springs with Hotchkis springs. After putting the front strut/spring back, I found a black rubber washer on the floor. Where does this rubber washer belong to? Thanks for the help.

This is the closest thing I could have found in the Factory Service Manual for you. I have yet to replace my front springs (will be doing that this weekend). Which I do not know if it is that, in the picture it looks to be a bit different. Unless its up there where the upper mount goes. Hopefully that helps a bit if not somebody else will definitely chime in.

They are from the control arm, like terrasmak said/asked.

That's what I was thinking as well, but for which side of the upper control arm? Does anyone have a specific answer to where this should go?

Does it go on between the right side of the control arm and the engine side like in the picture below?
