Default GTSpec Bracing...

Already had the rear tie brace so I figured I pick up the rest. Waiting on GTSpec to release their front tie brace for oversized oil pans. Will be putting these on as soon as I get my car back.

- Fender Reinforcement Braces
- 4 Point Mid Chassis Reinforcement Brace
- Rear Lateral Arm Brace (Old Color)
- Rear Lower Tie Brace (2nd Installed Pic)

quite curious, did you notice anything from the rear lower tie brace? and what exhaust are you running that allow you to run the rear lateral arm brace?

Honestly... no. However I've ready that these all work together. And I'm running the Stillen TD exhaust.

Be sure to give us a review on those fender braces when you finish. I think for many the verdict is still out on those.

Honestly its going to be difficult for me to give a fair review. I haven't driven my car in six months.

The GT Spec fender braces are the only thing I have on and I love it. The front of the car flexes has been reduce. A big notice.

As for the GT Spec 4pts brace, I had it before removing it. I removed it because it was too low as a daily driver at the time. Since my Z is a weekend car now, I was thinking of picking one up. When I removed it, I can tell a difference in driving. My ride was a bit stiffer.

Sorry didn't mean to hijack this thread.

Do all the braces clear the Stillen TD exhaust? I'd love to use a few of the braces, especially the 4 pt brace, but know nothing of the fitment.

the mid point ladder brace gave me little ground clearance with my suspension setup. Scraped every mild speed bump to mild driveway. Took it off after a week. Gl with that. The tanabe one is even worse!!!

The rear lateral should fit most if not all td exhausts 2.5 or less. It won't fit 3 in single path exhausts or the oem exhaust for that matter.

I have a rear tie brace but it looks like there might be clearance issues with my amuse exhaust.

Still waiting on the updated front lateral brace that will clear upgraded oil pans.

The fender braces look the most promising to me; too bad gtspec does not make them for the g coupe as of yet.

Don't think I'll have too much clearnance issues w/ the 4-pt since I'm running the Hotchkis springs. And worst case I'll remove it for daily driving and add it for my track days.

Huh, I have the 4 point sitting in my garage,. Had it on for one day, and too much scraping. Didn't think about install/uninstall for track days, might be a good idea.

Sweet. Now they just need to make a modified bracket for the fender braces to fit the g coupe and I'll be über happy.

G35 Fender braces will be out soon. We originally extended the Z ones but found that one of the angles would have created a weakened brace under heavy load. The new design is even better than we first anticipated.
