i dont know why my bars are squeeking?!?!!!

they are hotchkis v2 with the 4 holes in front.

i cleaned and lubed up all the bushing with mobile1 synthetic grease.

my endlinks are powergrid and arnt binding at all. everything nice and tight too!

squeek happens going over speed bumps. usually when going diagonaly over the speed bump so i dont scrape.

rest of suspension is oem.

dunno whats up? help?

 

Urothane bushing are know to squeek, sways that the 130% or more stiffer than stock are known to squeek. If you don't want squeeks and creaks, stay stock.

hmm i guess everyone has these squeeks? i thought it wasnt normal

 

I've got something squeeking when climbing over speed bumps in the parking lot. Can't say for sure it's the sways or some other suspension part. If regreasing and reinstall doesn't help, it definitely could be elsewhere or you just have to live with it.

 

How low are some of you guys? I have Cobb springs on stock shocks(for now ) with hotchkis sways and I dont have any suspension noise at all. Cobb Springs drop isnt very much at all.

 

my suspension use to have no noise.

right after install of sways the squeeking started. so pretty sure its the sways.

 

my hk v2 sways squeak from the rear - the ride is so smooth i could care less...
